What is the delivery booking procedure?

Select from the delivery options for the location your delivery will be going to. Once your order has been placed, we will reach out and organize a day for delivery that works for you and confirm delivery instructions as well as a contact for the delivery driver.

There isn't enough in stock for the quantity I'm needing, how do I find out about additional stock?

Often there will be additional stock available to what is listed as stock is being replenished frequently. Reach out to us on sales@tilesite.com.au with the product you are after and quantity needed and we can confirm availability or arrival dates for stock.

Can we collect our order from you?

As we are an exclusively online store, we cannot offer click and collect. Our products often come direct from supplier to you, allowing us to reduce your cost.

We will contact you to organize a delivery day that works best for you.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our products are sold in box amounts and automatically round to the nearest box in your cart. If you are after a sample to ensure the product suits your needs, please use our sample pack feature.

How will my order arrive to me?

Dependent on the size of your order, your delivery will either arrive by forklift truck where the pallet will be placed where directed (if accessible) or by courier where the cartons will be places where directed.

Sample orders are delivered by standard post.

Details for what delivery procedure will be used for your booking will be discussed with you prior to delivery and soon after ordering.
